About Us
SushiLaCO started the Sushi business in 200 in Fairfield, New Jersey. Our chef has over 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and he is willing to create fresh and innovative authentic Japanese food. Food is always prepared with great care and seasonings are generally simple in order to enhance natural flavors.
